Why Multi-Factory, Not Single-Factory

Each toy category has a fundamentally different production process. Squishy cube requires liquid silicone injection (LSR). ClickyBall requires precision ABS injection plus click-mechanism assembly. Dumpling squishy requires slow-rebound PU foam molding. Plush requires cut-sew-fill sewing line. Electronic stress toys require PCB integration and battery soldering. No single factory can be best at all of these.

Instead of pretending to be a factory that makes everything, we are honest about our model: we maintain direct working relationships with specialized factories, and route each customer’s product to whichever factory has the right equipment, workforce, and experience for that specific SKU. This is the same model used by the toy buying offices of Walmart, Target, TJX, Five Below and Dollar General — except now accessible to mid-volume B2B buyers including Amazon FBA sellers, subscription box operators, regional gift importers and educational distributors.

12-Step QC Process

Same QC checklist applied across every partner factory — incoming material to pre-shipment:

1. Incoming material verification · Silicone / ABS / foam batch verified against Certificate of Analysis. Pigment color matched to Pantone card.
2. Mold inspection · Mold dimensions verified ±0.05 mm. Surface finish photographed for production reference.
3. First-article inspection · First 50 units from new tooling reviewed against spec drawing and approved sample.
4. In-process dimensional check · Every 30 minutes a unit pulled, measured against tolerance (size / weight / hardness).
5. In-process visual inspection · Surface finish, color consistency, parting-line flash, bubble integrity (cubes) or click feel (ClickyBall) checked continuously.
6. Material safety test · Independent lab pull sample for CPSIA lead / phthalate testing. CE migration-of-elements test.
7. Function test · Click mechanism (ClickyBall) tested for 5,000 cycles. Cube bubble pop-in test 1,000 cycles. Squishy slow-rebound timing measured.
8. Packaging verification · Polybag / blister / window box compared against approved artwork proof. Header card color and barcode print quality verified.
9. Master carton drop test · ISTA-3A standard. Carton dropped from typical handling heights, inner units checked for damage.
10. Pre-shipment AQL 2.5 statistical sample · Independent inspector pulls representative sample, full visual and function inspection.
11. Photo / video report to buyer · Full inspection report shared via email or WeChat before any goods leave the factory.
12. Final approval before shipment release · Buyer signs off on inspection report or requests corrective action. No goods ship without explicit approval.

How We Coordinate Across Factories

1. Project intake · You send brief (product, quantity, packaging, target price, destination). We classify by category in 12 hours.
2. Factory match · Our PM identifies which partner factory has best capability + capacity for your SKU.
3. Sample sourcing · Sample is produced at the matched factory and shipped DHL / FedEx to you in 3-7 days.
4. Quality alignment · Once you approve sample, our QC team visits the production factory to align spec before bulk start.
5. In-line QC · AQL 2.5 inspection during production. Photo / video reports to you every 7 days.
6. Pre-shipment QC · Independent inspection at factory before goods leave. Report shared with you before balance payment.
7. Forwarding + paperwork · We handle FOB/CIF/DDP, plus CE/CPC/RoHS test reports, commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin.

What “Factory Direct” Actually Means

Many sourcing sites claim “factory direct.” Here is what it means in our case, in concrete operational terms:

• You can name the factory — we tell you which partner factory makes your product. We do not hide the source.
• You can visit the factory — we arrange your tour of the actual production facility. You meet the actual production team.
• Production photos are real-time — weekly photos / video sent during production come from the actual line running your order, not stock images.
• Pricing is transparent — quote shows the factory FOB cost + our coordination margin separately. No bundled opaque markup.
• QC is performed by us not the factory — our QC team inspects independent of the factory sales rep. They have skin in the game on quality.
• Tooling stays with you — if you fund tooling (custom mold), ownership is yours. You can move it to another factory if relationship sours (rare but the option matters).
